My Approach
My Solution-Focused Therapy sessions are conducted with utmost confidentiality and free from any judgment. Each session is tailored uniquely to your needs and your goals.
How I work
Through a solution-focused therapeutic lens, I offer positive and forward thinking therapy to help people regain control of their life. Using Hypnotherapy, NLP, CBT, and Mindfulness techniques, and based on the most current research in neuroscience, I can help you to achieve long-lasting results.

I offer a collaborative and empowering approach to therapy, combining talking therapy and hypnosis to help people explore and overcome present challenges and find relief from past events and trauma.
I provide a safe, compassionate, inclusive, and non-judgemental space through which I support a wide range of mental health problems such as anxiety disorders, persistent low-mood and symptoms of depression, confidence issues, anger management, insomnia, eating disorders, and more.

I also specialise in hypnotherapy for fertility and perinatal mental health support.

I feel very passionate about building a kind and trusting therapeutic partnership, through which we focus on building a resilient mindset, rewiring the brain to change unwanted habits and patterns, and releasing limiting beliefs, so you feel empowered to think and experience life in a more positive way.
What to Expect
The first half of our sessions is in conversation. Tailoring my approach to your unique needs, I integrate various therapeutic modalities, such as solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), psychotherapy, positive psychology, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based stress reduction therapy (MBSR) to ask positive, strength building and goal-oriented questions to guide you in reflecting, thinking, and creating solutions that will help you achieve your goals and overcome individual challenges.

Following our conversation, we transition into a guided-relaxation known as 'trance'. The trance we use as therapists is a relaxed state where we experience changes in our conscious awareness – almost like being in a daydream. During this time, the unconscious mind is more aware and can focus on helpful suggestions and thoughts to encourage cognitive and behavioural changes, helping you to move towards your goals. Trance is a very natural and safe state through which you are aware of things and remain in control.
